Coaching and therapy are two different approaches to helping individuals achieve their personal or professional goals. While both focus on improving one’s well-being, a significant difference is that Coaching is typically focused on the present and future, while therapy often deals with the past that may be affecting a person’s present life. Coaching is goal-oriented, and the coach helps the client identify and achieve their goals. Therapy, on the other hand, is focused on resolving emotional or psychological issues. Read more here.

It depends on the complexity of your topic and the progress you are making. 

We provide 3 different packages. We can discuss it as part of the intake session. And here is some data from my own experience. 

Similar to the question above, you decide how often we meet. The majority of my clients have monthly sessions with me.

It usually takes 60 min for an effective session. But we also offer 30-min or 45-min in the Basic plan and you choose what works best for you.

You will receive detailed notes of all sessions, including action plans. Between sessions, you will receive support via email/text-message/quick calls, at the moment and frequency that you choose.

There is a standard hourly rate and we always try to understand the individual’s situation and offer discounts or even pro-bono sessions if needed.

We have several pricing options.

We don’t want $ to be a hurdle for you to benefit from coaching. Book a free intake session and we can discuss what’s best for you.

The session can in English or Mandarin. You can choose to do it online or in-person in Amsterdam.
